Thank you for visiting and shopping at VibeFold. We are dedicated to delivering your premium insulated bottles to you in a safe and timely manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Cost (FREE SHIPPING) We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to our customers across the United States. There are no order minimums or hidden fees at checkout.

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time (To United States) Because we ship our products directly to ensure the highest quality and competitive pricing, our standard delivery times to the US are as follows:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days after processing.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your insulated bottle directly on our website or via major global tracking sites (like 17track).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes VibeFold is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for standard residential addresses in the US, most orders fall below the tax threshold and typically do not incur extra customs fees.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 7. Lost or Damaged Packages If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team at billih.odge475@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
