Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at VibeFold. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your premium insulated bottle, we're here to help.

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • In its original packaging (including the box and any protective wrapping).

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process To start a return, you must contact us at billih.odge475@gmail.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at billih.odge475@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos/videos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement.

5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
